Welcome to
Ten private acres above Bellaire with a northwest-facing view across Intermediate Lake. Four private king bedrooms and a four-queen bunk room sleep 16. Sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, and a fire table on the deck for every sunset.
Four private king bedrooms and a quadruple queen bunk room sleep 16 without anyone drawing the short straw. The whole northwest side of the house looks out over Intermediate Lake.
The great room has vaulted beamed ceilings, hickory floors and a fireplace, and the furniture sits low and faces the windows so the lake stays in sight from every seat.
The open kitchen is set up to cook for the whole group, with a dining table for 10 and four more seats at the island. Three of the king bedrooms are on this floor, each with its own door.
The walkout lower level has the fourth king bedroom, set up exactly like the three upstairs, and the bunk room: two queen loft beds with two more queens underneath. The kids will claim it in under a minute.
Next door is a second living area with a kitchenette, pool table, game table and arcade, plus a full bath, all on polished concrete with in-floor radiant heat.
Hot, cold, and two fires to finish the night.
